By Kelly on August 07, 2017//Leave a comment

Are you looking for a one volume collection of sample federal civil procedure forms? O’Connor’s Federal Civil Forms is the title for you. The title features hundreds of sample forms which cover litigation topics from the plaintiff’s complaint to correcting clerical errors on judgments.

The title is organized along a typical trial timeline. It opens with general trial forms such as captions and general forms of motions. Following sections include plaintiff’s complaint and lawsuit, defendant’s responses, pretrial motions, and discovery. There is a special section just on removal and remand.

Additionally, there are several sections dealing with the trial and trial resolution. The trial section has everything from voir dire forms to opening and closing arguments to motions to reopen the evidence. Trial resolution sections are disposition without trial, such as dismissal or compelling arbitration, the judgment, and post-judgment motions.

This title is available to be checked out from both our Vista and Downtown locations.
